Exciting news out of Jamaica Plain, Boston! Congratulations to Rogerson Communities on securing a $250,000 grant from the Ruby W. and LaVon P. Linn Foundation in support of the Rogerson House redevelopment project. Combined with $3 million from the Mayor’s Office of Housing and more than $1.6 million in philanthropic contributions, this project is gaining tremendous momentum.

The redevelopment includes a new six-story building featuring 66 memory care units, 41 affordable independent living apartments, and more than 20,000 square feet of outdoor space, including garden areas open to the public. It is a meaningful investment in older adults and the broader Jamaica Plain community.

B+T is proud to be part of this effort, providing civil engineering, planning, and permitting services to help bring this vision to life. Projects like this one reflect the kind of work that matters most: creating places where people can live with dignity and care.

Congratulations again to the entire Rogerson Communities team. We look forward to seeing this project move forward!
