Beals + Thomas congratulates Divco West Real Estate Investments on the topping-off of 250 North Street, a 430,000 sf office/lab building that includes 17,000 sf of retail space located at Cambridge Crossing. Beals + Thomas provided land surveying, civil engineering and permitting assistance services for the project. The building will be the future North American headquarters of multinational health technology company Royal Philips.
