Paula Thompson, PE, LEED AP, SITES AP

As a Senior Associate and Professional Engineer, Paula is charged with providing permitting guidance and design strategies to our clients for a wide variety of projects and oversees several of the firm’s urban mixed-use redevelopment projects, providing support from design and permitting through construction administration.  Paula has extensive experience in Massachusetts state and local permitting including MEPA, Notice of Intent, Special Permits, Site Plan Approval, Comprehensive Permits (MGL Chapter 40B), and Subdivision approvals.  Her engineering expertise includes feasibility studies, site master-planning, site layout and grading, comprehensive stormwater management design, and peer review services to municipal Boards and Commissions.

Paula also uses her depth of expertise to provide technical input on a variety of projects to support B+T Project Managers, and to complete Quality Assurance/Quality Control reviews of B+T projects.
