Kirk has been with B+T for over three decades, developing a breadth of land surveying experience while continually providing our clients with exemplary attention to detail. He is responsible for all aspects of land surveying, including ALTA/NSPS land title surveys, boundary surveys, construction as-built, construction layout, GPS control, and topographic surveys. In addition to survey support for significant private land development projects, Kirk has also overseen surveys of miles of electric utility rights-of-way, and addressed bi-annual volume and annual landfill settlement monitoring.
Kirk provides office and field management instruction to ensure the completion of high-quality land surveys with a focus on methods to maintain project budgets and timelines.
