Eric Las, PE, LEED AP

Dan supports several of the firm’s long-term clients and oversees numerous complex projects. His expertise includes stormwater management design consistent with local and state requirements in Massachusetts, site layout and grading, construction cost estimating, utility research and design, earthwork analyses, water supply and fire protection studies, site work specification preparation, and construction administration. Dan also provides expert witness testimony and supporting services on eminent domain cases for the Massachusetts Office of the Attorney General. He is an adept leader, providing his project teams with guidance and knowledge throughout the design and land use entitlement processes for the firm’s industrial, commercial, and residential development projects.

As Director of Operations, Dan coordinates the overall scheduling and workload of the company. He is also active in several industry organizations, particularly the 495 Metro West Partnership where he is serves as the Private Sector Co-Vice Chair.
