Country Clubs 

B+T provided support for construction of the grounds maintenance building, hydrological evaluations, pond dredging and aesthetic enhancements. We also provided master planning and permitting in preparation for the 2022 US Open Championship. We continue to collaborate with the Club for ongoing project needs.

B+T assisted the USGA with various projects in preparation for the 2022 US Open Championship at The Country Club.

B+T collaborated with the Club and Hanse Golf Course Design on course improvements. We provided permitting for various renovation projects, as well as course-wide aerial mapping to facilitate long-term planning. We coordinated ACSP recertification as well as assistance with the Club’s water withdrawal permit renewal.

B+T has worked with the Club for many years providing land surveying, site and landscape design, civil engineering, and permitting services. We assisted with the relocation of the maintenance facility, the renovation of the paddle tennis courts, warming hut, tennis house, swimming pool, and pool house and amenities, site work for parking, drainage, and utility improvements and course-wide aerial mapping to facilitate long-term planning. Most recently, we helped the Club with a significant driving range drainage improvement project as well as the permitting for a pump station and course wide irrigation system upgrade.

B+T assisted the Club with course-wide aerial mapping, the creation of a short-game practice area, paddle tennis courts, major fairway drainage improvements, pond dredging, and long-range improvement plan implementation.

B+T assisted with the renovation of bunkers and tees, the installation and repair of surface/subsurface drains, the relocation and construction of pedestrian/cart bridges, the creation of additional wetland and pond areas, pond dredging, as well as the enhancement of existing vernal pool habitat.
