Weidknecht Nominated for Community Champion Award

B+T Senior Associate Robert Weidknecht, RLA, LEED AP was nominated for the America in Bloom John R. Holmes III Community Champion Award by the Holliston in Bloom Committee.

The America in Bloom Community Champion Award recognizes an individual who exemplifies community leadership through actions that reflect the mission of the organization. The award recipient will have demonstrated a vision and selfless commitment to moving the community forward.  Robert will compete against nominees from around the country for the award, which is expected to be announced in the fall.

Weidknecht receives recognition from Holliston Selectmen and members of the Holliston in Bloom Committee.

Robert has been an advocate for the development of the Upper Charles Trail for more than 13 years, and is currently the Chairman of the Holliston Trail Committee.  His dedication and hard work have not gone unnoticed, as Robert received proclamations for his achievements with the rail trail from the Holliston Board of Selectmen, Massachusetts Representative Carolyn Dykema and Senator Karen Spilka.
