EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES

We are seeking candidates for the following positions in our Southborough Office:

Landscape Designer to prepare site designs and graphical exhibits for residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional sites. Assignments will include project research, master planning, site analyses, layout and grading, landscape and lighting design, and preparation of construction drawings, renderings and graphical exhibits. The ideal candidate will have a BLA/BSLA degree, 1 – 3 years of relevant experience and proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Google Sketch-Up and Microsoft Office.

CADD Technician who is highly-motivated and team-oriented to prepare survey plans and site design drawings for residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional sites. Assignments will include the preparation of boundary plans, topographic plans, and permitting and construction drawings to illustrate proposed layout, grading and utility design for site improvements, roadways, parking areas, etc. The ideal candidate will have a post-secondary degree in civil technology or equivalent, 3 – 5 years of relevant experience and proficiency in AutoCAD/LDD and Civil 3D.

Professional Civil Engineer licensed in Massachusetts.  Assignments will include performing and supervising research, site and roadway layout and grading, utility design, stormwater management design, earthwork quantity analysis, subsurface investigations and construction cost estimating. The ideal candidate will have significant experience with the design and permitting of medium to large development and redevelopment projects in MA, including proficiency with the MA DEP Stormwater Management Handbook. 8-10 years relevant experience, AutoCAD/Civil 3D proficiency, writing skills, client interaction, presentation skills and project management skills are highly desirable.
